Alerts
AutoSync watches your account and raises an alert the moment something needs attention — an authorization that expired, a calendar that broke, a payment that failed. The alert bell sits in the top navigation with an unread count, and critical alerts also show as a banner on the dashboard.
What alerts cover
- Authorization — a Mindbody, Booker, or HighLevel connection needs re-authorizing (these block sync).
- Configuration — a calendar mapping is broken, a calendar was deleted or disabled, or a service type is unmapped.
- Sync — a specific event couldn't be processed (class not found, contact not resolved, booking conflict).
- Billing — a payment failed, the account paused, or a trial is ending soon.
- Patterns — an elevated failure rate, a recurring error, or an approaching API rate limit.
- Lifecycle — Pro features unlocked or downgrading, or a booking platform account deactivated.
Severity
| Level | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Critical | Immediate action needed — sync may be blocked. In-app + email. |
| Warning | Action needed, but sync is partly working. In-app + email. |
| Info | Informational only. In-app. |
Handling alerts
Mark alerts read individually or all at once, and Clear All to tidy the list (cleared alerts stay in the database and can be shown again). Recurring conditions don't flood the list — the alert increments an occurrence counter and appends "(occurred N times today)" instead of stacking up.
Email delivery
Email notifications are on by default and can be limited to critical-only. To avoid noise, AutoSync sends at most one email per alert type per 24 hours. You can also subscribe HighLevel workflows to the AutoSync / Alert trigger to route alerts into your own notifications.
