What AutoSync is

AutoSync is a real-time, two-way integration between your booking platform — Mindbody or Booker — and HighLevel. It keeps contacts, bookings, purchases, memberships, and calendars in sync so you can run your marketing in HighLevel while the booking platform stays the operational source of truth.

What gets synced

• Contacts — identity, address, client type, permissions, UTMs, and membership status, both directions.
• Bookings — appointments and class enrollments: create, update, cancel, and status changes (booked → confirmed → showed / no-show / cancelled).
• Purchases & sales — last purchase, lifetime value, and category totals, kept as running totals.
• Memberships, contracts & pricing options — active / expired / cancelled state, expiration dates, and remaining visits.
• Calendars — HighLevel calendars mapped to your platform's appointment types and class programs.
• Pipeline — a Customer Lifecycle pipeline that tracks every contact through 7 stages automatically.

What AutoSync is not

• It is not a reporting or BI dashboard — the Activity Log is for troubleshooting, not analytics.
• It does not replace your booking platform or HighLevel — it moves data between them.
• It does not create sales on the booking platform automatically — purchases sync inbound only. (You can still record one from a workflow with the Record Purchase action.)

How it works

AutoSync listens to webhooks from both sides. When something changes in Mindbody or Booker (a new client, a sale, a booking, a membership change), AutoSync updates the matching HighLevel contact in real time. When something changes in HighLevel (a contact edit, a booking on a mapped calendar), AutoSync pushes it back to the booking platform. There is no nightly batch and no CSV import — changes flow as they happen.
