The AutoSync snapshot
The AutoSync snapshot is a ready-made HighLevel setup — pipelines, custom fields, custom values, and a full library of lead, trial, and retention workflows. It's the fastest way to turn synced data into automations that actually run your studio.
What it installs
- The ⇌ Customer Lifecycle pipeline with the 7 stages AutoSync drives (see Customer Lifecycle).
- The
⇌custom fields and custom values AutoSync reads and writes. - Opt-in forms and landing pages (with and without a waiver) for new leads and trials.
- Workflow templates for leads, trials, first-visit nurture, membership, and payment-status follow-up.
Set your custom values
The snapshot's messaging is driven by custom values — fill these in (Settings → Custom Values) before you publish the workflows, or edit the workflows to remove the ones you don't use:

Your ⇌ Site Id value is populated automatically when AutoSync is installed — you shouldn't need to change it.
Triggers & actions, not webhook URLs
The snapshot's workflows run on AutoSync's native triggers and actions — a workflow starts on AutoSync / Appointment or AutoSync / Purchase directly, and books back with the Sync Booking action. There are no webhook URLs to copy and paste.
Before you publish
Each workflow includes a check to skip existing members so new-lead automations don't touch people who are already customers. Review the triggers and messaging, set your custom values, and publish the workflows you want. If you also send reminders from Mindbody or Booker, turn off one side so clients don't get duplicate messages.
